How do I return an item?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you to return your purchase.

step 1: Please try to contact one of our friendly team member to inform us the situation,remember We are always here to help.

step 2:Simply post your purchase back within 14 days ,however goods must be in original packaging and condition with all labels still attached.Please be aware that we are not be responsible for verifying your address. If your address is invalid or not in-use, we will still post your goods and we will not be responsible for your goods or/and financial lose in this circumstance

step 3: Once we received the return item we will refund within 3 working days.
