Used the pillow for 2 days whilst on holiday in Sydney(at a rented house) 1st day felt good and notice some blood flow release.So when I got back to Melbourne I bought the pillows to try again. But unfortunately the pillow was too high for the degeneration of my spinal discs. I experience sore neck n right shoulder pain.Have to give it to my daughter
