The website does not provide the possibility for a different delivery address than billing address. Therefore we advised you by phone to correct the delivery address. You confirmed the correction, but sent to the wrong address anyway. We had 40 A$ cost for postage extra and stress. Please provide an email contact address to sent the bill to for reimbursement.

The purchase was to procure a second pillow since we
bought the first at an arcade shop in Randwick during
Feburary when a patient in the nearby POW Hospital. It has
proved to be excellent during the long recovery period and
a standby pillow was needed. A good product and your online purchase system is excellent.
